Had a smashing time at George And Dragon! The evening grub was a real treat—perfectly cooked steak and tasty chips hit the spot. The vibe in the bar with a bottle of wine was just what we needed after a good bite!
But the room had its quirks. It was a bit on the snug side for two plus a pooch and we had a right giggle trying to hang our winter coats! A bit noisy from pub banter, but it calmed down after closing.

The cozy, vintage decor felt like a warm hug, with lovely nooks for relaxing after a busy day exploring. Accessibility was well thought out, making it a breeze for seniors like me to get around.
More comfortable seating options in the dining area.

We had a wonderful experience at this charming pub, perfect for families. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, catering to our two small kids. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that set us up for a great day of exploring the local trails nearby.
In my wife’s opinion, there could be a few more family-friendly activities available on-site.

Had a great time with friends! The inn is cozy, and we enjoyed kayaking nearby and hiking the lovely trails. Everyone loved the welcoming atmosphere and the delicious meals. Don't miss trying the desserts. they're amazing! Super clean and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was the disappointing rugby match that night, but we managed to have fun regardless.

Just a solid selection for a brief stop-in in Hurstbourne Tarrant with extraordinarily good value for money. Dinner was a pleasant affair with limited but quality dishes that we greatly enjoyed. Check the dinner menu before heading out for the evening.

The food was exceptional, with a quality selection of well-prepared dishes that made dining a highlight. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist, creating a warm atmosphere. breakfast service was slower than expected, which affected the overall experience. While the decor was charming, the limited room options left little choice for personalization.

A cozy spot with room for improvement
We only stayed for one night but the vibe was chill. The room was perfect for a quick getaway. The breakfast spread was fab, lots of options! The decor was snazzy and the dining area outside was nice too. Service was a bit slow though, had to wait ages for food, which wasn't ideal.

Excellent Dining Experience in a Cozy Setting
I recently enjoyed a lovely evening meal here, with a cozy atmosphere complemented by log burners. The food was exceptional, particularly the well-cooked steak and delicious chips I had. The staff were warm and made the experience even better with their attention to detail. I noticed that the service could have been slightly quicker during peak hours.
